WHY or what you need to know about Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and Inclusion are important topics in today’s world. For workplaces, this can look like creating an environment that is welcoming and open for every person on their staff and to be appealing to a diversity of new talent.

You want your employees to feel appreciated, valued and safe in your company environment. However, there isn’t a quick and easy guidebook on how to be a Diverse and Inclusive company. We are all still learning and evolving. But, you can learn from one another and create safe, appreciated, and valued work atmospheres. Together.

And that’s exactly why we created the Your Talent Agency’s Diversity and Inclusion Awards! To put your company and others in the spotlight. 

 

The companies that are pioneering and have embraced diversity & inclusion. It doesn’t have to be perfect to be celebrated. Diversity & Inclusion is also high on the list of the current people looking for a new, exciting job. 01. Sign up

Everyone can sign up! And if we say everyone, we mean everyone. No matter how big your company is, the only demand is that you are located in the Netherlands. We’re talking about Diversity and Inclusion so no one should be left out. Through the link below, you’ll be redirected to questionnaire based on Diversity and Inclusion, fill this out for your company and we will let you know if you are nominated!

02. GET NOMINATED

YAY, you ROCK, you’ve been nominated for a category! Congratulations! Now that you have been nominated your company is in the run for the awards of 1 out of the 5 categories. Per category there will be 5 companies nominated. The nominated companies will receive an invite for the popup roadshow event. You will be contacted shortly by Your Talent Agency where they will inform you about the next steps for your nomination video.

03. WIN THE AWARD

The winner of the award from the 5 categories will be judged a judge panel who are professionals within the Diversity and Inclusion industry. The main category (Cultural Diversity) has an extra twist. If you have been nominated for this category you will be informed on how to prepare to win this award by Your Talent Agency. They never color inside the lines.
